House

The house has a warm, light, spacious, open plan living area with an oak wood floor. There is an eclectic collection of art works and carvings, which add to it's ambience. Our Town House has been redesigned and renovated to a very high standard. The living room and the dining room have oak folding doors leading to the patio and garden.

Kitchen

The kitchen has solid oak worktops, generous storage space, it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, fan assisted oven, gas hob and a large fridge freezer.

Bedrooms

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms both with large wardrobes and dressing areas. One bedroom has a French carved walnut double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds.

Bathrooms

The first floor bathroom has a shower, toilet and a bidet. On the ground floor there is a second shower room and toilet.

Garden

The garden has been planted with fruit trees and has a sunny South East facing aspect. There is a generous patio area with an outdoor seating / dining area. The perfect place to relax after a busy day.

The Close

The Close is a pleasant and interesting walk or cycle to the Historic City Centre and there is also a frequent bus service. There are two supermarkets and a post office, within five minutes walk of the house.

Welcome

We personally greet all our guests to show them around the house and provide is a welcome pack of coffee, tea, milk etc.
We live nearby and are always happy to be contacted by guests should they need our help or advise.
